CIRCULAR
It has been decided in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 20.02.2014 to fill up 60 vacancies of membership of the society on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
Those who are interested may kindly contact the Society’s Office along with full payment of Land Cost + Membership Fee ( Rs. 10,000) as per details given below :

REMINDER
Respected Members,
It is informed that the Society has signed an agreement with the Landlord for procurement of additional Land in the N Zone (notified residential area under Master Plan of Delhi-2021) and has paid an initial (10%) amount of the total Land cost. The balance amount has to be deposited within 60 days, failing which the initial amount of the Land (as per agreement) will be forfeited which would be a great loss to the members of the Society. It is pointed out that the Society has sent a demand letter dated 04.06.2013, in spite of that your due payment of Rs. 3,50,000/- has not been received so far as per a decision taken by the General Body Meeting held on 1st June 2013.
It is also to be mentioned that DDA has planned for acquiring agricultural Land from 5th September 2013. After the implementation of this policy, the additional land would not be available for purchase to society.
It is, therefore, once again requested to deposit the additional amount latest by 2nd September 2013 so that the society may deposit the balance amount of the land and save the society from the loss of huge amount. Further, members who may not be able to deposit the amount in the prescribed time limit, their names may be enlisted in the waiting member’s list/ they will be considered after availability of land/ their membership can be cancelled. The Managing Committee will not be held responsible for the loss / or forfeited of the said amount in case the members do not deposit the due amount in the prescribed time limit.

Notice
It is to be informed that as per the decision of the General Body Meeting held on 01.06./2013, it was also decided (along with the other items) to upload the list of the members of the society in the Society’s website. In this connection, it is pointed out that the names of the members of the society cannot be uploaded because this society is receiving the resignation of the members. “After the completion of this process, (the final list of names of the members of the society) will be uploaded accordingly.

Final Notice
Respected Member,
This is in continuation of earlier reminder dated 24.08.2013 of the Society regarding payment in respect of the decision of the General Body Meeting. In this connection, it is a matter of concern that in spite of the decision of General Body Meeting and subsequent reminder dated 24.08.2013(copy enclosed); you have not paid the said amount, so far.
It is, once again, requested to make the payment up to 15.09.2013 or intimate the undersigned whether you want to continue the membership or not. It you failed to make the payment or no reply is received in this regard, your membership will be cancelled and whatever payment you have made to society will be reimbursed/ returned accordingly. For this act, the Executive Committee will not be held responsible.
